Online Challan

 The Government of India introduced an e-challan to regularise the process of issuing challan and to make challan payment easier for citizens. Under the Motor Vehicles Act, if you don’t adhere to the rules and regulations on the road, you will be charged with a fine. It is important to stay up to date regarding your challan status. An e-challan should be paid within 60 days of its date of issue. If you do not clear your challan dues on time, traffic police may suspend your driver’s license.


e-Challans are easily managed and you can check your challan status, pay challan dues, and so on online. 


Park+ offers the most seamless interface to manage your online challan. 

 

Here are the steps to do a quick online challan check:

  1. Visit the Park+ website or download the Park+ mobile app for Android or iOS.

  2. Click on the ‘Challan’ tab.

  3.  Enter your vehicle registration number and click on Challan Details

  4. You will find an update button, which once you click, will ask you to ‘Update now’

  5. Once you click on ‘Update now’, you will get the e-challan status followed by a way to make payment and clear your dues.

 

Here are the steps with which you can make online challan payment with a few clicks:


  1. Visit the Park+ website or download the Park+ mobile app for Android or iOS.

  2. Enter your vehicle number.

  3. Verify the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

  4. You will then have access to all your e-challans issued by the traffic police. Select the challan and click on the “Pay Dues” option where you will find payment methods. Select the payment method of your choice to make clear the challan dues.
